How much is Shipping?

  1. Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders exceeding $100. Elevate your wardrobe without the added cost.

Can I pick up my order in store? YES

  1. Local In-Store Pickup: Take advantage of our FREE in-store pickup if you're in the neighborhood. Place your order, and we’ll process it promptly. You’ll receive an email notification once your item is ready for collection at our store.
  2. Pickup Etiquette:
    • We kindly request that you collect your item(s) within 5 business days of receiving your order fulfillment notification.
    • Your convenience matters to us, so swing by at your earliest convenience.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase from 7 Semicolon Couture. If you need to make a return, here are your options:

  1. In-Store Returns: Bring your item and packing slip to our store within 30 days of receipt. Our team will help you with your return and give you a store credit for your next order.
  2. Mail-In Returns: Mail your unused item(s) and packing slip/receipt in original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return and issue a store credit as soon as we receive it.
  3. Mail-In Returns: If returning by mail, simply pack up your unused item(s), within 30 days of receipt and approved online return request, include the packing slip/receipt, and send it back in original condition. Upon receipt, we’ll promptly process your return and provide store credit.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason.
  • Items must be unworn and have tags attached.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
